AWS, Amazon’s cloud service, was hit by an outage Monday, impacting some of the world’s most popular websites and apps including McDonald’s, Venmo, Snapchat, Ring devices, Robin Hood and many more. Amazon says they’ve identified the issue and are working to recover services. NBC’s Brian Cheung reports for TODAY.
